Our goal at Just Dogs and Cats is to provide a high quality product through superior workmanship.
We offer a 30 day return for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If a product needs to be returned due to a defect, contact us either by email or phone and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA number, follow the instructions included and return the product to our warehouse. When we receive the item, we will repair or replace it and immediately ship it back. All non-warranty returns will include a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
All products returned must be in the original packaging, inlcuding instruction book, warranty cards, etc.
We make every effort to avoid errors in the processing of your order. If one does occur, please allow us to correct it.
Please allow 7-14 business days to ship large dog houses and Alumaden crates.
